A year in review

We have had another successful, exciting year at Bass Floor Newcastle. There were so many great projects completed, though we’d like to share some of the highlights with you in our last blog for 2019.

You may have seen them on social media, but here is a recap of our most recent projects.

Callaghan Campus, Wallsend

Some lovely, cheerful carpet tiles from the Signature Pixel Shift range were installed at Callaghan College, Wallsend Campus Library.

Alleanza Architecture, Newcastle

In this project, we laid some exciting Interface carpet tile planks. They have a bold, creative presence befitting an architecture office.

Belmore Hotel, Maitland

This project was part of a complete refurbishment.  We installed Axminster carpet. The smooth flowing lines bring life and movement to the dining room, complementing the new modern look effortlessly.

Diggers, The Entrance (Poker Machines)

Here we installed Brintons Custom Woven Axminster Carpet, which is a hard-wearing, stylish flooring option, perfect for such a high foot-traffic area.

This was a colourful transformation where we installed Brintons Custom Woven Axminster Carpet to liven up the space.

Care Dental, Hamilton

For Care Dental in Hamilton, we installed Tretford Carpet Tiles in mushroom, evergreen and sage.

Tretford carpet tiles are made from renewable Mongolian ‘cashmere’ and have a ribbed structure, creating clean lines. They are designed to be quarter turned, resulting in an even, structured look. The elegance in design and freshness in colour choices is well suited to the Dental theme.

Christmas Celebrations

We had a great Christmas party on the last weekend of November.

It was fun to celebrate our hard work in 2019 together, and we look forward to seeing what our team can accomplish in 2020!

As in previous years, Bass Floor (Newcastle) will only run a skeleton staff over the Christmas / New Year period. The office is currently planning to shut down for the Christmas break from Friday afternoon, 20 December 2019 and resume on Monday, 6 January 2020.
